Adoption event with SPCA of Niagara to be held June 4 at PetSmart

No plans on Saturday? 

How about stopping by your local PetSmart and supporting four very wonderful dogs in need of a home?

A special adoption event will be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at PetSmart on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst. The event will feature four dogs throughout the day: Willy, Odie, Simon and Owen. Volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions the public might have about adopting a dog from the SPCA of Niagara. 

The goal of the event is to allow folks to meet these amazing animals in a comfortable environment. Often times at the SPCA, potential adopters can't see what a dog is really like, because the pups get anxious in their kennels and bark and jump. However, when they are in a calmer environment, their true colors are able to shine through.

The SPCA of Niagara looks forward to showing off these animals on Saturday. They would also like to thank PetSmart in Amherst for its generosity in hosting this awesome event.
