Family Wellness Festival set for Oct. 28 at North Tonawanda Public Library

The River Road Primary Care Center will host its first-ever Family Wellness Festival from 5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the North Tonawanda Public Library, 505 Meadow Drive.

The family-friendly event will feature plenty of children's activities, including a scavenger hunt, coloring contest, trick-or-treating and more. Adults will be able to meet and ask questions of their neighborhood physician and pharmacists, consult with nutrition and exercise experts, receive health screenings, get up-to-date health insurance information and receive Halloween safety tips.

Attendees will have an opportunity to win great prizes from local businesses. Those who register in advance will be entered in a drawing for a gift card from Budwey's Super Market. To register for the festival, call 716-278-4264.
