Niagara Falls: Rappelling for a good cause

Sherri and Tom Litz of Buffalo were among the more than 70 who participated Friday in the "Over the Edge" fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics of New York. They rappelled down the roof of the 357-feet, 27-story Seneca Niagara Resort & Hotel in downtown Niagara Falls.

Sherri and Tom, members of the nonprofit WNY Superheroes Alliance, donned superhero costumes of the Black Widow and Wolverine for their stunt. They're shown on the casino roof and "Over the Edge." (Photos by Terry Duffy; see more in our gallery)
