Girl Scout Troop 30448, led by Wendy McCaffery, is working on a Silver Award Girl Scout project to promote the dog park being planned at the Nike Base. Claire McCaffery, Brianna Hayes and Katelyn Baish are running the project.
According to Wendy McCaffery, "It will be incredible to have a local place you can go where dogs can run off-leash and socialize with other dogs. Dogs are better behaved when they can burn off energy."
