Palace Theatre ceremony launches sesquicentennial observances

One-hundred and fifty years after officially becoming a city, Lockport is still going strong - something that was evident Saturday as hundreds of Lockportians packed the city's historic Palace Theatre to celebrate their history and dive into a birthday cake, complete with 150 candles.
