Seneca Hickory Stick honored with national awards

Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course was honored with two national customer service awards at the recent KemperSports national leadership conference.

The awards, based on KemperSports' proprietary TrueReview surveys, were presented to Seneca Hickory Stick for its ongoing commitment to creating a positive experience for guests.

The Excellence Award was presented to Seneca Hickory Stick for a net promoter score of 85.7 percent and the Service Award was presented for a customer service score of 9.2/10. The TrueReview survey scores are derived from reviews given by golfers following each round they play the course.
