Council for Older Adults annual photo contest seeking entries

The Council for Older Adults announced its annual photo contest is now underway. Applicants can submit up to five photographs for consideration under the following categories: "Nature's Moods" (scenic) and "Celebrations of Life" (people and/or animals).

To submit a photo (color or black and white only), label the back with your name, address and phone number and submit to: COA, 1302 Main St., Niagara Falls, NY, 14301. All entries must be received by March 31.

Winners will be announced at the COA annual Spring Conference and Luncheon April 27. Each winner will receive an award certificate, a framed enlargement of their photo and media recognition. The enlarged photographs will be displayed at various COA events and returned at the council's Amateur Art Exhibit reception at the New York State Power Vista in July.
