Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue hosts March volunteer meeting

Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue's monthly volunteer meeting will take place this Wednesday, from 6:30-8 p.m., at the First Presbyterian Church of Lewiston, 505 Cayuga St. New volunteers are welcome. Topics will include adoption updates, volunteer opportunities and upcoming events. Information on the rescue, including photos and information on all adoptable animals, is available online at www.heartofniagara.org.

Heart of Niagara is a not-for-profit companion animal rescue organization based in Niagara County. Its mission is to protect the health and welfare of abandoned, unwanted and homeless animals. To date, volunteers have adopted out more than 275 animals. They operate solely on donations and the generosity and support of the public.
