Pints, pierogis and placek fundraiser for autism

The Lewiston/Niagara-on-the-Lake Rotary Club, in coordination with The Autism Center at Women's and Children's Hospital in Buffalo and Historic Gadawski's Restaurant, will sponsor a fundraiser for the Autism Center.

A benefit event is scheduled for March 28, between 5-9:30 p.m., will feature pints of local microbrewery beer, authentic Polish pierogis, placek and polka music. All the festivities will be showcased at Gadawski's Restaurant, which was recently highlighted on the "Queen City Chronicles" and "AM Buffalo" on WKBW Channel 7.

Each $25 ticket will include samples of microbrew, pierogis and placek. Children ($15 per child) will be given soda. Tickets may be purchased at Gadawski's (145 Falls St., Niagara Falls), from local Rotary members, or by calling 716-870-1307.
