Lewiston resident appointed to executive management leadership group at NOCO

NOCO announced the appointment of Deborah Coder to vice president, credit services, as part of the company's newly formed executive management leadership group. It is the first such executive management leadership group since NOCO was founded in 1933 by Reginald B. Newman.

Coder possesses more than 30 years of both consumer and commercial credit management experience, and presently manages and coordinates a team of credit and billing professionals.

A strong advocate for continuous employee development, Coder supports and promotes employee growth and advancement.

A resident of Lewiston, Coder holds a master's degree in organizational leadership from Medaille College as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Medaille. Coder is an active member of the National Association of Credit Managers, and has served on its committee of education. In addition, Coder is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, the International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration, and proudly serves as a board member with The Salvation Army.
