The Grand Island Rotary Club received a visit Sept. 24 from Rotary District Gov. Jack Amico, who asked the club to "Light Up Rotary" by spreading the news of Rotary endeavors, such as the GI club's support in building a clinic in Haiti and a hospital in Nepal, and local support for Miracle League, to name few. Amico is pictured at left with GI Rotary Vice President Amber Storr and GI Rotary President Joe Philippone.
The next GI Rotary event is Shred-It Day (Document Destruction) from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday next to KeyBank.
