Genesee Community College hosts 7th annual fall nursing fair

More than 20 of the area's top health care employers and four-year universities will attend Genesee Community College's seventh annual fall nursing job and transfer fair Thursday, Oct. 9, to explore career and educational opportunities. This event is designed to introduce potential new employees and/or transferring students to four-year nursing colleges or a future employer, and also provides health care businesses an opportunity to present their trade and services to the local community.

This event is free and open to all community members. Employers and universities represented include:

Participants are encouraged to dress prepared for an interview and to bring a resume. Students will have the opportunity to access real jobs, promote themselves and get their "foot in the door" at several local health-centered organizations.
