Niagara Catholic Jr./Sr. High School is hosting a series of events to explore "Adult Chinese Culture, Language and Cooking" from 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays this fall.
From Sept. 24 through Oct. 29, Niagara Catholic's Chinese teacher, Lifeng (Linda) Li, will welcome interested parties to experience Chinese culture. Sessions will focus on topics such as language, festivals, table etiquette, food, how to use chopsticks and prepare an authentic Chinese dish.
The fee to attend these five sessions is $25. Those interested in attending should submit their name, contact number, and payment to Niagara Catholic at 520 66th St., Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
