YMCA Buffalo Niagara has launched the third annual YMCA Turkey Trot T-Shirt Design Contest for the 119th running of the race.
More than 14,000 Western New Yorkers will wear the best design on Thanksgiving morning and beyond.
"This is another great way for individuals to get involved in this time-honored WNY tradition," said Kathy Romanowski, communications director for YMCA Buffalo Niagara.
Submissions for consideration must be emailed to [email protected] by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8. No hand drawings or hard copy submittals will be accepted. Official contest rules and restrictions, along with an application, can be found at www.ymcaturkeytrot.org.
