The following activity occurred from Monday, June 2, to Sunday, June 9, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 103 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 2

•I-190/Robert Moses Parkway, reckless driver. Patrol reported two motorcycles doing wheelies in roadway. Warnings issued to drivers.

•Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter School district campus, traffic enforcement. Patrol reports issuing two uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, to drivers.

•5300 block of Chew Road, property dispute. Patrol reports property returned without problem.

•LPD office, citizen assist. Female, 22, had questions regarding an earlier property damage accident. Investigation to continue.

•46001 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School. Out of control juvenile. Individual taken home by patrol; all OK.

•Creek Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 20, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 5300 block of Military Road and on Upper Mountain Road, separate reports of property damage accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; no injuries or tows. Reports filed.

•Morgan Drive, suspicious vehicle. Male, 25, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive East, check welfare. Female, 39, listed. Report filed.

Tuesday, June 3

•5900 block of Ward Road, missing child. Female, 3, located at nearby address. All OK.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Female, 45, listed as complainant and two juveniles as persons involved.

•3200 block of Manor Drive, agency assist. Male, no age, reported overdose, transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on call.

•5400 block of Townline Road, unwanted party. All OK.

•1800 block of Swann Road, shooter complaint. Patrol spoke with shooters and complainant. All OK.

Wednesday, June 4

•5000 block of Walmore Road, domestic. Female, 32, and male, 33, listed on call. No further details.

•1100 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Complaint about lawn mowing; patrol awaiting report.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, standby/property dispute. Patrol spoke with a female, 35 regarding personal property. Call cleared without incident.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, follow-up to a hit-run at a business. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Main Street, Youngstown, alarm response. All secure per NCSO.

•5100 block of Walmore Road, accident/injury. Female, 47, arrested for felony driving while intoxicated, previous conviction; aggravated unlicensed operation, first, and other vehicle/traffic violations. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned. Driver taken by Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment and remanded to custody of NCSO. •Artpark, juvenile problem. Juveniles climbing on stage. State Parks Police responded and completed report.

Thursday, June 5

•2800 block of Moore Road, suspicious vehicle. All OK.

•Oxbow Lane, school bus-car accident. Statement taken from drivers; report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, juvenile problem. Statement taken from a male complainant; juvenile suspect listed. Patrol reported an unknown substance found on juvenile and sent to Niagara County lab for investigation.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital, recovered property. Property placed in evidence room awaiting pickup.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. Statement taken from male, 59, who suspects that neighbors are injuring his cats. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Statements taken; report filed.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Female complaint requested check of children's welfare. All OK.

•Center and Fourth streets, check welfare. Report of woman screaming in roadway. Gone on arrival.

•Lower River Road, suspicious vehicle. Female, 22, reported a Nissan, color red had been following her while she was jogging. Vehicle fled scene when she stopped to obtain license plate. Patrol advised.

Friday, June 6

•400 block of Brookshire Road, fire call/assist agency. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co and NCSO on location.

•Upper Mountain Road, car-deer accident. Statement taken from driver; report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, larceny. Statement taken from male, 70, regarding medication stolen from home. Report filed.

•100 block of Water Street, criminal mischief on the jet boat dock. Statement taken from a female, 23; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2200 block of School House Road, custody issue. Female, 35, listed as complainant. No further details.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. LPD assisted NCSO; complainant requested no charges filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken; no report wished.

•5700 block of Bridgeman Road, recovered property. Patrol reported three hypodermic needles taken by Rural Metro ambulance personnel.

•200 block of Oneida Street, criminal mischief. Female, 39, and male, 62, listed as persons involved. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, domestic. Call involved neighbors outside fighting; male punching vehicle. Parties GOA.

•4800 block of Susies Lane, unwanted person. Statement taken from female complainant regarding male suspect (no ages). Warrant issued for suspect; NCSO to handle report.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Male, 64, listed as complainant reported a set of ping golf clubs taken from vehicle. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•5300 block of Elm Drive, mental health response. Male, 59, listed as complainant and male, 30 as person of interest. Subject voluntarily committed to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for an evaluation.

•5300 block of West Street, drug offense. Investigation to continue.

•North First Street, larceny. Complaint involved a tent, white, 16 foot by 20 foot, taken. No further details. Report filed.

•Oak Hill Drive, vehicle-pedestrian accident. Female, 68, taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital with injuries.

Sunday, June 8

•North Eighth Street, attempt to locate. Patrol advised of a Ryder rental truck and the operator intoxicated. Vehicle located parked in Expressway Village.

•5900 block of Miller Road, domestic. Patrol reported no activity at residence; parties sleeping.

•100 block of S. First Street, larceny. Male, 24, listed on call.

•Lower Mountain Road, suspicious persons. Caller reported two males, one white, one black, riding bikes in and out of driveways. GOA.

•Center and North Eight streets, open container violation-arrest. Male, 22, issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court.

•5100 block of County Club Trail, shooter complaint. Party GOA.

•700 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. Female, 49, and male 45, listed. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.
