Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue's June Volunteer meeting will take place Wednesday, June 11, from 6:30-8 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 505 Cayuga St., Lewiston. Topics include updates on adoptions since the May meeting, information on new dogs coming in, upcoming summer events and volunteer opportunities, and ideas for fall/holiday fundraisers.

Volunteers and the public may bring or drop off any baskets or gift certificate prizes during meeting hours for "Cruisin' On The Canal," HON's Lockport Locks fundraising event that will take place Saturday, June 14. Tickets are still available and can be purchased for $35 at the meeting.

New volunteers are always welcome.
