The New York State Department of Transportation today announced the Robert Moses State Parkway northbound exit ramp to NY Route 93 in the Town of Porter is scheduled to be closed to all traffic Monday, June 2, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. This closure is necessary to conduct guiderail replacement. A posted detour route will be in place to direct traffic.

Motorists are advised to follow the posted speed limit along the detour route.

Motorists are also reminded fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual's driver's license.
