Doctors, nurses and staff members from Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center took to the ice Friday evening for their second annual charity hockey game.

Memorial edged Mount St. Mary's, 6-5, in a hard-fought battle at the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion.

The real winners are the beneficiaries of the evening's festivities: the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and stroke patient and Memorial Medical Center ICU/former Tuscarora Reservation nurse Brenda Woodbury.

In addition to the game, the event featured a basket raffle, bake sale and 50/50 drawing.
