Niagara University hosting graduate school information session on Dec. 8

Niagara University will host a graduate school information session Thursday, Dec. 8, on campus in the Glynn Family Atrium of Bisgrove Hall.

The free event takes place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.

Attendees will be apprised of Niagara's array of advanced degree programs, including:

  • Master of Business Administration: Niagara University's MBA program follows a practice-oriented curriculum that can be completed in as little as 16 months.
  • Criminal Justice Administration: This is a traditional master's program that not only meets the needs of practicing criminal justice professionals but also those seeking to enter the field.
  • Education: NU's College of Education offers master's programs in teacher education, educational leadership, school counseling, school psychology, mental health counseling, special education and literacy, as well as a teaching certificate in special education.
  • Interdisciplinary Studies: This innovative course of study allows candidates the ability to design a graduate degree program that fits their individual needs and interests.
  • Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy: Niagara's new doctoral program is designed to prepare scholars to become effective leaders in shaping, implementing and evaluating educational policy.

Attendees of the graduate school information session will be able to speak individually with university faculty and staff about course offerings.
