Niagara University's recreation department is now accepting registrations for its Winter Wonderland Youth Camp, which will be held Dec. 27 to 31 at the university's Kiernan Center.

Geared toward children ages 6 to 12, campers will have the opportunity to spend the final week of 2010 participating in a number of activities including swimming, arts and crafts, games, and several winter-related activities.

Campers may register for either full or half (four hours) days for the entire week. The cost to register for a week of full days is $100 and $50 for half days. Pre-registration is required, at which time fees must be paid in full. The deadline to register is Monday, Dec. 20.

The camp will run daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Extended care services will be provided from 7:30 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 5:30 p.m. for an additional fee.

Participating children should bring a lunch and snacks as food will not be provided. For registration information, call 286-8055 or e-mail [email protected].
