GI team takes 1st in WNY

The Destination Imagination team from Kaegebein Elementary competed in a state competition April 5 in Binghamton. The Twist and Turn Imagineers are seven fourth and fifth graders who have been working since November to solve a theatrical-based challenge. The team had to present their solution to a panel of judges at the tournament and took third place in their division and first overall in the Western Region.
