Primary Day was Tuesday. Unofficial results from the Niagara County Board of Elections for local major party primary results are:

Family Court Judge

Democrat -- Linda M. DiPasquale of North Tonawanda, 3,928; John F. Batt of Lockport, 3,870.

Republican – Batt, 3,504; DiPasquale, 1,691.

Sixth District Legislature

Democrat – Danny W. Sklarski of Town of Niagara, 377; Robert S. LaBarbera of Town of Niagara, 357.
