The 2007 edition of the Grand Island Vikings football
team opened its home schedule Saturday with a 31-16 win over Kenmore
East. GI takes on Lewiston-Porter at Masters Field in their next
home game this weekend. Kick-off is set for 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The Grand Island Pep Band led the crowd with the playing of the “Star
Spangled Banner” before the kick-off.
