NCBA holds annual picnic ‘on the river’

Niagara Wheatfield Tribune, August 30, 2007

Cooled by the breezes from the Niagara River on a beautiful summer day, approximately 180 picnickers gathered at Gratwick-Riverside Park for the annual Niagara County Builders Association outing. This always popular annual event was sponsored by American Curb Cutters Inc., Carmen M. Pariso Inc., Carthage Mills, Chem-Masters, Felber’s Building Supplies, Fuccillo Chevrolet, Kitchen Advantage, L.J. Quigliano II Inc., LEC Steel, M-One Financial Services, Modern Portable Toilets, Pollard Windows Inc., Ridge Overhead Door, Ryan Homes, Twin Lakes Concrete Inc., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Zelasko Construction. Mr. B’s Catering provided food for both lunch and dinner, and chairman Larry Quigliano was assisted by Cathy Strassburg and the picnic committee in a wonderful job of planning the day.

Among the highlights of the day were the 50/50 raffle, which was won by one of NCBA’s newest members, and the annual nail-driving contest. This year’s newly crowned champions were the Mordeno Construction team. Congratulations to all.
