Quilters’ Challenge

At its June meeting, the River Lea Quilt Guild installed new offi cers and held a challenge contest. The top three quilts were chosen from 13 entries. First place went to Hollis Busch, top; second place to Sandy Nethero, left; and third to Sharon Drumm, right. The quilters meet on the third Tuesday of the month in the Grand Island High School small cafeteria. The fi rst meeting is on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m.
