Youth ages 4 to 16 are annually invited to participate in athletic competition in soccer, running, basketball, softball, baseball, Frisbee throwing, broad jump, ring toss and the famed obstacle course. The top three finishers from each age bracket in each community advance to the finals at NCCC. Each participant receives a certificate of participation and is eligible to win a Superstars cap and T-shirt.

NCCC’s Superstars-On-The-Road program is co-sponsored by the Niagara County Youth Bureau, and the NCCC Division of Community and Workforce Development. Additional sponsorship has also been received from the Buffalo Bills.
