Janese wins D’Angelis Memorial Scholarship

The family of the late Christopher. J. D’Angelis, a Lewiston-Porter High School senior who tragically lost his life in a January 2006 automobile accident on Ridge Road, have announced the winner of the first-ever Christopher J. D’Angelis Memorial Scholarship, established in his honor. Above, Jeremy Janese of Youngstown, a member of the Lew-Port Class of 2007, accepts congratulations from Christine Kensinger, mother of the deceased student, at the recent announcement. Janese will be attending the University of Buffalo this fall in the early assurance program to obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy.
