Delee R. Croisdale, a graduating senior from Niagara-Wheatfield High School, has been awarded the Town of Niagara Lions Club’s Lee Corra Scholarship for 2007.

The $1,500 award is presented annually to a Town of Niagara resident or graduating senior from N-WHS.

Nancy Tierney of the Town of Niagara Lioness Club and niece of the scholarship honoree presented the award to Croisdale on June 4 at Awards Recognition Night at Niagara-Wheatfield High School.

Croisdale is the daughter of Don and Delee Croisdale of Sanborn. She has been accepted to Hobart & Smith College in Geneva this fall and plans to study French language.

This is the 34th year of the Lee Corra Scholarship Award, now totaling $36,500, named after the late Town of Niagara resident and 1953 charter member of the Town of Niagara Lions Club.
