Little Miss Niagara contest coming up

Operation Pride and Progress has announced it will sponsoring the Little Miss Niagara Competition on Saturday, June 30, at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center, 1201 Pine Ave., beginning at 1 p.m.

There are four age divisions, starting from 1-12 years of age. Areas of competition include Sportswear, Photogenic, and Party Dress. Winners in each category will win a Tiara, a trophy, and a cash prize.

First-place cash prize is $50. Second place, a trophy, and $25. Third place, a trophy and $10. All others will also receive a gift for participating. Entertainment, refreshments, and theme baskets will also be featured.
