Lions to host first-ever golf classic

Join the Wilson and Youngstown Lions clubs on Friday, June 29, as they host their first-ever golf tournament at Willowbrook golf course in Lockport. Registration begins at 10 a.m., with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. The registration fee includes greens fees, cart, range balls, hot dogs, hamburgers, beer and soda on the turn and dinner. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit local Lions programs. Practicing for the event are, from left, Lions Charlie Landry, Tom Huisgen, James Muscoreil and John Carpenter.
