Rotarians wear their scary-good red lobster caps, and guests enjoy the seafood phenomenon cooked with fl air by the staff at the Buffalo Launch Club. The event is the year’s biggest fundraiser for the Grand Island Rotary Club, with proceeds going to fund the club’s many service projects on Grand Island and throughout the world.
