Look ahead to the Air Show

Niagara Wheatfield Tribune, February 15, 2007

The Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station and the Niagara Military Affairs Council will again host “Thunder of Niagara,” the largest aviation event in New York this summer. The United States Air Force Thunderbirds aerobatic team will be this year’s featured act and will help the base celebrate the 60th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force.

A wide variety of military aircraft, aerobatic airplanes and vintage warbirds will be performing and on static display. The two-day show will be at the Niagara Air Base on Aug. 11-12 and is free to the general public.

Details on the theme, show times and parking will be released later.
