| The town Parks and Recreation Department
held its fi rst-ever Snow Sculpture Contest under bright, sunny skies
on Tuesday. Youngsters enjoyed getting creative with the white stuff
– even spray-painting vivid colors onto the snow and placing decorations
on their sculptures for special effects. The town provided decorations,
refreshments and prizes to honor the snow artists’ work. Below, Jane
