Ribbon-cutting for Golf Villas at River Oaks Patio Homes

Town Supervisor Peter McMahon presided over a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially dedicate Ryan Homes Villas at River Oaks, an exclusive new patio home community in Grand Island. The Golf Villas homes offer residents “a carefree, yet elegant lifestyle,” the builders say. They are also maintenance-free, said Tony Nicastro of Ryan Homes. “The homeowner’s association takes care of the landscaping, snow removal and lawn mowing.” The ceremony took place at the community’s location near the River Oaks Golf Club.
