Tuscarora takes girls lacrosse title

Tuscarora Girls Lacrosse defeated Williamsville North 11-6 to win the championship of game of the Epic Center Women’s Lacrosse League Sunday night in Lancaster. Corinne Abrams had five goals and an assist, while Alexandra Weinholtz had four goals and two assists to lead Tuscarora, who went undefeated on their way to the title. Nicole McAleer had 10 saves in net. The team includes, front row from left: Alexandra Weinholtz, Lindsey Steeprock, Kayley Oddo, Alexandra D’Orsaneo, Merrick Cliffe.
