Santa Claus is coming to town

Niagara Wheatfield Tribune, December 14, 2006

In a longstanding Wheatfield tradition, the Adams Fire Company will again hold its annual Santa Claus Drive by visiting area neighborhoods at Christmastime.

For three days, Santa Claus and his firefighter helpers will spread Christmas cheer throughout the fire district. From 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20, Santa will bring joy and Christmas greetings to the service area east of Schultz Road. The jolly old man will make another visit on Thursday, Dec. 21, to the service area north of Niagara Falls Boulevard. His last visit will be on Friday, Dec 22, to the service area south of Niagara Falls Boulevard.

Sirens and Christmas music will announce Santa’s arrival on top of his fire truck.

All children will receive candy canes, compliments of Santa.
