Niagara Health and Fitness Center holds open house

Niagara County’s newest workout center, Niagara Health and Fitness, hosts an open house on Saturday, Dec. 30. Located at 736 Cayuga St., Lewiston, the center sports an array of equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights and an 18-station Nautilus Nitro Plus. Niagara Health and Fitness, associated with Niagara Physical Therapy, also offers physical therapists and athletic trainers on staff. Regular hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday/Sunday. The open house will features refreshments and tours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, or for a membership, call 754-7220.
