Nicholas Walworth

Nicholas Walworth, son of Jerry and Barb Walworth of Grand Island, recently graduated from the U.S. Border Patrol Academy.

After 19 weeks of training, Walworth took his oath on Nov. 21 in Artesia, N.M. A 2002 graduate of Grand Island High School, Walworth attended NCCC for Criminal Justice before applying for the U. S. Border Patrol.

Walworth and longtime girlfriend René Dodge will be living in Sahuarita, Ariz., while he works as a Border Patrol agent between Arizona and Mexico. He is the grandson of Jerry and Bev Walworth of Kenmore and the late John and Barb Princess.

“Friends and family, please keep Nicholas in your thoughts and prayers as he enters this challenging and rewarding phase of his life,” Walworth’s parents asked.
