The performance and culinary arts students at Niagara County Community College will show off their talents at the 16th annual Scholarship Gala hosted by the NCCC Foundation Inc. The gala will be held Saturday, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m. in the College’s Main Arena, H building, according to chairpersons Paul and Mary Churder and Mike and Michelle Mistriner. The culinary students will have several gourmet food stations, including their famous dessert station, set up throughout the Arena. While partaking in the cuisine, guests will enjoy the musical talents of the NCCC Jazz Ensemble. Highlighting the evening will be the induction of three NCCC alumni into the Distinguished Alumni Gallery. This year’s inductees are Richard J. Avdoian, ‘71; Ellen L.
