Parade organizers seek floats

The committee for the Niagara Electric Lights Parade is seeking entries for the parade, to be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 5 p.m., on Military Road in the Town of Niagara. The parade, sponsored by BFI/Allied Waste Industries, will start at Fourth Avenue and go to Kmart.

Trophies will be awarded, and all participants will receive a dash plaque for their participation.

This year’s theme is “Honoring all Vets” as a tribute to the local veterans, particularly those from WWII. Any units desiring entry blanks can contact the Chairman Gary Strenkoski at 297-8221 or Vice Chairman Sylvia Virtuoso at 297-2150, Ext. 133.
