The Summit hosts musical events

The Summit, 6929 Williams Road, Wheatfield, hosts a pair of fun-filled, all-ages music events.

First, The Impressions, a “Big Band” swing group featuring percussionist Gerry Mancuso and keyboardist Dom Mitro, will perform in front of Generations Music on Saturday, from 4 to 7 p.m. The event features demonstrations of swing and ballroom dancing.

Then on Thursday, Sept. 21, the Stringed Edition Guitar Ensemble will perform in the food court from 5 to 9 p.m. Pete Hankinson and his eight-piece guitar orchestra stage a free show featuring a wide range of traditional and contemporary numbers.
