Lewiston Dems elect officers

With the November elections approaching, the Lewiston Democratic Committee has announced its election of officers who all bring a record of dedication to the principles of the Democratic Party, the committee points out.

•Attorney Diane Roberts was re-elected chairperson. During Roberts’ first term she earned the respect of the committee for her tireless efforts. She is a partner in the law firm of Lippes, Mathias, Wexler and Friedman.

•David Sanchez was elected first vice chairman. A member of the law offices of Richard Juda Jr., Sanchez is an adjunct professor at Niagara University. Elected second vice chairman was Andy S. Zysk. He brings a previous record of achievement as chairperson to his new duties.

•Robert Magee was elected secretary. He brings considerable experience in the correspondence and record maintenance requirement areas to the office.

•Jim Mudd was elected parliamentarian. His considerable experience in government has earned him the committee’s support. Joe Vaccarello who was elected sergeant at arms, brings his no nonsense style presence to the committee.

The Lewiston Democratic Committee promises vigorous campaigns on voter-based issues in coming months.
