NU assists in cleanup, shipping of sandals for less fortunate

Niagara University's Community Outreach Partnership Center, along with Helping Hands Heal and YouthWorks, lined the 1700 block of Main Street in Niagara Falls to sort and pack more than 20,000 used sandals from the Cave of the Winds. The sandals will be sent to developing countries such as Romania, Kenya, Senegal and Tanzania.
