Garden Tour on Grand Island

The sixth annual Garden Tour, sponsored by the Historic Trinity Committee, will be held on Saturday, July 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. Shown here is Carolyn Doebert in her garden, which will be part of the tour. Proceeds from the tour will aid in the continued renovation and maintenance of the historic Trinity Chapel. The current project’s focus is painting and repairing the bell tower. At 10 a.m. on the day of the tour, Master Gardener Rochelle Smith will make a presentation on “Grand Island Gardening” in the chapel at Historic Trinity.
