The AARP Niagara Falls Area Chapter honored Dr. Maria Crea with its 2006 National Women’s History Month Award during the March 16 chapter meeting at the John A. Duke Senior Citizen’s Center in Niagara Falls. The award recognized Crea’s long-standing dedication to women and the Western New York community as a renowned pediatrician in private practice and as medical director for area hospitals and health facilities.
