Bike, tattoo show comes to The Summit April 1-2 Lewiston Porter Sentinel, March 25, 2006 The Blues•Bikes•Tattoo’s Show will come to The Summit, 6929 Williams Road, Wheatfield on Saturday, April 1, and Sunday, April 2. Known as Western New York’s largest tattoo convention, the event will feature tattoo, flash and piercing contest and a large swap meet throughout both days. Area tattoo artists will offer tattoos and piercings done on location. Vendors and exhibitors include South End Cycles, Southwest Cycles, Wayne County Choppers, Dorschel Rochester Thunder and Radioactive Cycles. In addition to seeing a number of amazing “custom bikes” on display, visitors to the show will have the opportunity to check out an authentic replica of the “Billy Bike” or watch the Buffalo Jills cheerleaders in a leather fashion show, presented by Everyone’s Treasure, and fencing demonstrations by Les Amis Fencing Club. Live musical performers include Willie and the Reinhardts, Flying Blind, Random Access, and Wanted by the FBI. Plenty of foods and refreshment offerings can be purchased during show hours. Show hours are 4 to 11 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. A nominal admissions fee applies to all show visitors. Children under 12 receive free admission. Members of ABATE and H.O.G. receive an admission discount by showing their ID cards. Proceeds from the show will support the Variety Club of Buffalo.
