The following incidents occurred the period of Nov. 28-Dec. 4, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 80 calls were answered by the department during this period.

Monday, Nov. 28

•Domestic incident at an address on the 100 block of Portage Road. Patrol took a statement from a 52-year-old female who reported that her 51-year-old husband had harassed her at her workplace. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•Counterfeit currency complaint at a gas/convenience store on the 22900 block of Saunders Settlement Road. Patrol took a statement from a 55-year-old male, who reported receiving counterfeit money from a 40-year-old male. U.S. Secret Service contacted; investigation to continue. Report filed.

•Harassment/criminal mischief complaint at a residence on the 4300 block of Creek Road. Patrol took a statement from a 19-year-old female; details of the incident not provided. Report filed.

•Patrol requested to check on a residence on the 4900 block of Creek Road. Officers reported that a neighbor watching the property had found an open door. Patrol secured same and reported all otherwise OK. Report filed.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

•Car-deer property damage only accident on the Robert Moses Parkway. Patrol took a statement from a 49-year-old male; front-end damage sustained to the vehicle. Report filed.

•Aggravated harassment complaint at a residence on the 5200 block of Chew Road. Patrol took a statement from a 16-year-old female regarding a 17-year-old female; details not provided. Subject to turn herself into patrol. Report filed.

•Burglary complaint at a residence on the 400 block of Fort Gray Drive. Patrol took a statement from a 64-year-old female; details not provided. Report filed.

•Two-car property damage only accident on the Niagara University campus. Patrol states both drivers exchanged information; minor damage reported. Report filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

•Larceny complaint taken at the Lewiston Police Department. Patrol states that a male party reported that outdoor Christmas decorations were taken from his yard; location not identified. Complainant did not wish to file a report.

•Larceny complaint at a residence on the 5100 block of Bridgeman Road. Patrol took a statement from a 29-year-old male regarding a 34-year-old male; details not provided. Report filed.

•Harassment complaint received at the Lewiston Police Department. Patrol took a statement from a 43-year-old male who reported being harassed by an unidentified neighbor at an address on the 100 block of North Second Street. No charges wished at this time. Report filed.

•Patrol reports assisting Lewiston #1 Volunteer Fire Co. at a residence on the 100 block of South Fifth Street with a male party who had fallen off a roof. Report filed.

Thursday, Dec. 1

•Alarm response at a residence on the 900 block of Oneida Street. Patrol reported the alarm had been set off by the homeowner; call ruled as avoidable. All else secure; report filed.

•Two-car property damage only accident on the Niagara University campus. Patrol took a statement from a 51-year-old male driver and a 29-year-old male listed as the owner of vehicle #2. Report filed.

•Defibrillator assistance call at a residence on the 900 block of Upper Mountain Road. Patrol reports assisting Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. responders at the residence; defibrillator equipment not used. No further details; report filed.

Friday, Dec. 2

•9-11 hang-up call at a residence on the 300 block of South Seventh Street. Patrol reported the telephone call had been forwarded by a client; all else reported secure; report filed.

•Possible domestic at a residence on the 800 block of Oriole Lane. Patrol reported said call as an anonymous complaint. Officers spoke with both parties and reported the incident as verbal in nature and resolved. Report filed.

•Warrant execution at a residence on the 2400 block of Ridge Road. Patrol reported the offense as sexual in nature and the warrant served out of a Florida police department. Officers had earlier attempted to serve said warrant at a Lower Mountain Road address without success. Warrant served on a 45-year-old male; subject remanded to the Niagara County Jail. •Two-car property damage only accident at an address on the 800 block of Cayuga Street. Patrol took statements from a 22-year-old male listed as driver #1 and a male party listed as the owner of vehicle #2. Report filed.

Saturday, Dec. 3

•Reckless driver complaint on South Sixth Street. Patrol reports locating the driver and issuing a verbal warning to same. Report filed.

•Possible harassment incident at a residence on the 100 block of South Seventh Street. Patrol spoke with a female party’ no further details provided. Report filed.

•Possible violation of a court order at an address on the 5000 block of Marywood Drive. Patrol spoke with a 21-year-old female party; details not provided. Report filed.

•Two-car property damage only accident on Plain and South Fifth streets. Patrol took statements from a 75-year-old female listed as driver #1 and a 53-year-old female listed as the owner of vehicle #2. Report filed.

Sunday, Dec. 4

•Criminal mischief complaint at a business on the 400 block of North Second Street. Patrol took a statement from a male complainant who reported that a vehicle had drove over the lawn, damaging same. Report filed.

•Patrol requested on a check the welfare call at a residence on the 4800 block of Eddy Drive West. Complaint involved a reported intoxicated male with two young children in the house. Patrol reported the individual as sober on their arrival; all else reported secure. Report filed.

•Report of a vehicle heading southbound on Creek Road with no taillights. Patrol reports locating said vehicle and issuing a verbal warning to the driver for having one malfunctioning brake light. Report filed.

•Patrol reports assisting Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies with an alarm response call at an address on the 2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road. Patrol said call as accidental in nature and all else secure. Report filed.
