Lions Club Christmas Party

The sounds of Christmas filled the air at the Buffalo Launch Club as the Madrigal Singers entertained the Grand Island Lions Club at their annual Christmas Party. Led by Carolyn Lokken, this accomplished group of singers, comprised of Grand Island High School students, delighted their audience with the sweet sounds of the season. Looking on in the photo below are Lion’s Club President Jerry Dubiel and his wife, Diane. The event was planned by Chairman Floyd Doring, and each of the women attending was given a beautiful tree ornament as a remembrance of the evening.
