President George W. Bush visited Buffalo Tuesday to speak about the Patriot Act with an invitation-only group of 500 "first responders," or homeland security front-line defenders. The President spoke in the Mary Seton Room of Kleinhans Music hall about the "War on Terror" currently taking place in Iraq and Afghanistan.
