Christmas is just around the corner, and it's time to get into the holiday spirit.
Both Salerno and Keebler make versions of anise cookies at this time of year. Some people have a favorite between the two, but for others the choice is more difficult because the idea behind the cookies is so similar in look and flavor.
The two kinds of cookies are very close in price, and both have holiday shapes such as a wreath, ornament, tree and star with crystal sugar sprinkles on them.
So what is it that makes you decide which brand to buy? Is it a devotion to Santa's Favorites because they are the original maker of this kind of boxed cookie? Or is it purely based on taste?
Maybe it's childhood memories that help make the decision for which brand to buy? Which brand do you remember eating with your family around the holidays?
No matter who tells you what about these cookies, it's up to you to decide which one is really Santa's favorite this year.
